Title of alert: “Inactive Mailbox”
Description: Alerts when a Mailbox has not been utilised for greater than a specific number days, this being marked as an inactive 365 mailbox.
Options:
- The number of inactive days
- Users to ignore can optionally be set
The problem: This alert is triggered when a user has not accessed the mailbox for the specified period.
Impact: There may be an old account that can be archived, or a user that requires assistance. Without attention you may be wasting licences, and, or not attending to emails that require attention.
Suggested steps: Engage a technician to confirm that the alert is accurate, and take appropriate steps depending on your organisational requirements.
